Harrison retired in 2025, after fifty years of practicing law in Placer County. Having represented clients in every aspect of divorce for decades, Harrison is now focusing his time on traveling, skiing, and surfing.

Kristen grew up in Placer County. After four years at U.C. Davis for her undergraduate degree Kristen was a White House intern in the first Clinton Administration. Kristen continued working with the White House doing international advance work until enrolling in law school. Returning to California for law school, Kristen spent a semester in Federal Court as an extern for Presiding Judge William B. Shubb. She was admitted to practice law in California in 1999, Immediately after graduating from law school, Kristen joined the business law firm of Weintraub Genshlea & Sproul performing business formation and real estate transactional work. Kristen then joined the California Legislative Counsel, representing in-house the members of the California State Legislature. Kristen then returned to Placer County and joined Harrison practicing family law. Kristen became certified as a family law specialist by the California State Bar in 2017.
